 Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of solar car technology through the seamless integration of hardware and software. We specialize in projects that harmonize hardware and software elements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. From motor controllers to intricate logic that interfaces with the driver's inputs, we are the driving force behind the propulsion system that propels Origin.

Our team consists of 4 positions:

• Electrical Engineer (x2): Student position focused on designing and selecting hardware to use in Drivetrain system design.This includes calculating and testing theoretical limits on power electronics, testing motors, designing wiring harnesses.

• Software/Computer Engineer (x2): Student position focused on designing and implementing ADAS logic between driver inputs and motors. These students will work with the Panels team to ensure that the motor and solar panels are working together at their best efficiency.
